After coaching thousands of people through the Rise 365 nutrition program, one pattern became impossible to ignore: most people didn’t have a clear, confident plan for working out.

Some were nervous to step into a gym on their own. Others had no idea where to begin or what exercises to do. Many were stuck repeating the same stale workouts with no real progress, while others were paying high prices for in-person trainers who never truly taught them how to train. At the same time, life was busy — schedules were packed — and people needed something flexible, effective, and fully remote. Grind 365 was created to solve that problem.

Built by the same coach behind Rise 365, Grind 365 provides structured, easy-to-follow weight-training programs that remove guesswork and intimidation. Workouts are delivered through an app, clearly laid out with exercises, sets, reps, and videos, along with ongoing coaching support to guide you along the way.

Meet Cheri Lawrence
Cheri Lawrence is an ISSA-certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, as well as a successful NPC Bikini athlete who has graced the competition stage many times. She has not only studied what it takes to build an elite physique — she has lived it.

Through years of competition, disciplined training, and intentional nutrition, Cheri has pushed her mind and body to the highest levels of performance. That firsthand experience gives her a deep understanding of what it truly takes to create physical transformation — not just for a show, but for real life.
What sets Cheri apart is her ability to combine elite-level physique knowledge with an extensive background as an in-person personal trainer and nutrition coach. She understands how to meet clients where they are, create realistic plans, and guide them through the mental and physical challenges that come with change. Her approach is structured, supportive, and sustainable.
