Once you complete the form, allow 24–48 hours for us to build your custom weight-training program. You’ll then receive an email with your Grind 365 welcome information, including your training app login details, instructions on how everything works, and access to your personalized workouts.

Inside the app, you’ll be able to log in, review your workouts, watch exercise demo videos, see your sets and reps, and get familiar with how to track your training and progress. Everything you need to get started will be laid out clearly so you can begin with confidence.
